These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Holy Nikah mobile application, website, and related services. By registering and using Holy Nikah, you expressly agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally eligible to marry under applicable civil and religious laws.
• Provide accurate, authentic, and truthful information.
• Use the platform solely for lawful, bona-fide matrimonial intentions.

2. User Account & Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining strict account confidentiality and credentials security.
• Ensuring all submitted personal details remain accurate and updated.
• All activities conducted under their registered profile.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users strictly agree not to:

• Create fake, misleading, or multiple duplicate profiles.
• Impersonate any individual, family member, or entity without legal authorization.
• Upload offensive, obscene, defamatory, vulgar, or inappropriate content.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or exploit other members.
• Engage in commercial advertising, solicitation, or spamming.
• Attempt unauthorized access or compromise platform integrity.

4. Profile Verification & Due Diligence

While Holy Nikah conducts rigorous verification processes, we do not guarantee the absolute authenticity, character, or intentions of any registered member. Users are strongly advised to perform independent background checks and due diligence before making personal decisions or marital commitments.

5. Matchmaking Services Disclaimer

Holy Nikah provides a secure platform to facilitate introductions between prospective life partners. Holy Nikah:

• Does not guarantee successful matchmaking outcomes.
• Does not guarantee marriage results or compatibility fulfillment.
• Is not liable for interactions, conversations, or agreements between users.

6. User Conduct & Code of Ethics

All members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, mutual respect, and Islamic ethics. Any violation may result in immediate profile suspension, account termination, and potential legal reporting.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, UI designs, code, and software associated with Holy Nikah remain the exclusive intellectual property of Holy Nikah. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify any platform assets without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holy Nikah and its operators shall not be liable for user-generated content, misrepresentations by users, personal disputes, or indirect losses arising from platform usage.

9. Termination & Account Cancellation

Holy Nikah reserves the full right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community, without prior notice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Holy Nikah, its officers, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

Holy Nikah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes binding acceptance.
